A really cool gadget

While we were at Cabela's this past weekend, we came across this really cool Birdsong Identiflyer. I have seen this in different catalogs and thought that it looked very interesting but I wasn't quite sure how well it would work. I was so excited to finally get my hands on one and get a chance to play around with it.


Basically, you insert a credit card sized birdsong card into the indentiflyer, and you can playback a digitally recorded bird song. Our Identiflyer came with two birdsong cards, Yardbirds 1 and Yardbirds 2. We also picked up an Eastern Yardbirds card. The kids and I had a blast playing all the songs (each card contains 10 birdsongs) on our car ride home.
